Returns and Exchange

Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we just want to re- assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness. We always strive to be accommodative of your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customer base is proof of!

• In all cases of Exchange, you have to drop us a mail at info@berryliciousclothing.com or submit this form, mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing with the item delivered, within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note the below points :
  • The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.
• You can initiate a return for either a coupon credit or a size exchange. Please follow these steps:

• Fill out the Return Form provided with your order, indicating whether you are requesting a coupon credit or a size exchange.

  Drop us a message on +91 9374505606 or info@berryliciousclothing.com to confirm for the return. Provide your order number and let us know what you need in exchange.

  Secure the packaging of the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original packaging and any included accessories.

  Send the package via a courier service of your choice to the following address:

  Please retain the courier receipt as proof of shipment.

• It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the warehouse. So your patience is requested for the same.
• The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the Quality Checking team, we will provide you with store credits worth the product value that can be used for a future purchase from the website or Exchange your product to the size desired by you.
• Please note that the Gift Card/Exchange shall be issued only once we receive the package back at our warehouse. So your patience on the same is highly appreciated.
• Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order.
• Berrylicious (Annapurna Impex) does not offer a refund while we’ll process it through store credit.
• We’ll add an amount equal to the product value to your ‘Berrylicious Account’. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
• Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.(Please read below section for complete information on Valid Returns).Store Credit shall be valid for 6 Months.
• Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate

• Please note that a product can be exchanged only once.
• Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.

  Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of Gujarat.
• The returns are subject to Berrylicious (Annapurna Impex) team’s discretion. This isn’t to scare you, as we are pretty accommodating!

• For any order delivered in India, shipping charges are not refundable.

ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS:

• Berrylicious (Annapurna Impex) does not accept return or exchange on the products which are Customized, Made to Order or Made to Measure.
• Product can be returned if the it is faulty or defective product
• Product can be returned if it is a different product
• If the product does not fit well (size issues )
• We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned
• A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
• Please note product can be exchanged only once.

Conditions for returning products

• The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.;
• Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
• Brand packaging should be intact;
• Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
• Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• All returns are subject to the discretion of Annapurna Impex.

This must be done within 1 day of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 1 day of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

berryliciousclothing.com does not entertain any cancellations once the purchase has been made. Please review your cart in detail before placing the order.

Shipping Policy

• We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.
• Shipping is free across India for all Pre-Paid Orders
• Our delivery timelines are normally between 4 to 7 working days.

Please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather trouble, etc. But we assure you that we will do our best in ensuring that your shipment reaches you at the earliest.
