- You can request to return purchased product within 3 days from the date of delivery for Domestic Orders, for International Orders Returns or Refunds are not applicable.
- To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

Undamaged Product |
Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return. |
MRP tag |
Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged. |
- Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
- Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated in the form of store credit.
- If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
- The maximum amount of INR 100 will be refunded as a store credit for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.
- To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept return request on masks.
- Please ensure that Berrylicious product is handed over to the logistics partner as Berrylicious will not be responsible in case wrong/different brand product is given and we will not be able to return the same.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your Berrylicious Wallet within 7-10 working days.
